Things To Note:
This video pertains to travel abroad:
- Deferred Action alone does not allow you to travel abroad
- You must file a separate application for Advance Parole in order to travel abroad
- Traveling abroad and re-entering The United States can severely complicate the process, or even result in denial of an application.
This video only addresses future travel.
- Apply for Deferred Action FIRST to be considered to travel abroad.
- No traveling while an application is pending
Travel abroad may be allowed for:
- Illness or death of a family member.
- Education purposes
- Employment
